I really enjoy Reason Pianos. They don't sound the best when playing alone... say classical or a very simple arrangement, but when you're playing with a band they fit into just the right place.

Scott, I used Reason Pianos for a few years and enjoyed them in a full band context as well! Have you used Ivory? I've yet to purchase it but have heard great things from everyone that has it. Thanks for dropping by the site!

I have Ivory. It's big, sluggish, not at customizable as Reason and in a band context I don't think it works as well. It's very full and works great as a solo instrument or when you want a huge dynamic range. But if I'm playing with a drummer I always find myself going back to Reason.
