I want to use loops..now what?

Posted by Will in Chatter, Transitioning your Band to Using Loops

we’ve gotten so many Questions over the past few weeks specifically from people just starting on the journey using loops.  Questions like.. How do I start? Where do I get the loops from?  How much will it cost? What do I need to buy..etc?  With all these Questions we’ve decided its time to go back to the basics.  Start from the beginning and work our way up.  We won’t be talking about “Why you should use loops” because the majority of the people we’ve talked with Want to use loops just don’t know where and how to get started.  If your in this boat, where your ready to go but just don’t know where to start then make sure to follow the blog for the next few weeks.  We’ll be adding these post in our already popular “Transitioning your band to Using Loops” series.  If you haven’t read the posts we already have there make sure to get caught up first!  You can read all those here.

Here’s what we will be looking at for the next few weeks on the blog.

1) Where do I Start?

We’ll look at a few tips that will help when your first starting out using loops.  We’ll talk about a easy way that everyone no matter your budget or timeframe can easily do.

2) What do I Need?

We’ll take a look at what you’ll need to use loops.  We’ll look at everything you’ll need in the chain and provide a few options depending on your budget.

3) Where do I get loops?

We’ll look at a few different ways to get loops.  We’ll examine Paid loops, Custom made Content, Free Content as well as Making your own loops.

4) Free Loop Resources

We’ll take a look at a few different resources you can use while learning how to use loops.  From blogs, to content providers, to Sample sites.  Best of all they are all free!

We need your help as we venture into this new series. If your new to using loops we want to know WHAT you want to know.  If we get enough Questions we’ll create a Frequently Asked Questions post to add to this series.  If you’ve been using loops for a while don’t feel left out.  We’d love to see what questions you have as well or anything you know now that you wish you knew when you started.  We’ll start this Wednesday with the “Where do I start?” Post, make sure to not miss it.
